1. Sponsor:

This giveaway is sponsored by Park View Baptist Church, located at 5628 MacArthur Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72118.

2. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card. No cash substitution or transfer of prize is permitted.

3. Eligibility:

Open to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older. No purchase or donation is required to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Period:

Entries will be accepted beginning October 31, 2025, and ending at 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2025.

5. How to Enter:

You must complete and submit the official entry form with your name, email address, and phone number. Limit one entry per person.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be chosen at random and announced at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on November 1, 2025. Park View Baptist Church will attempt to contact the winner by phone call or text message using the contact information provided.

If the winner cannot be reached within 24 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

By entering, you agree that Park View Baptist Church may contact you by phone call or text message about this giveaway, future events, and community activities hosted by the church. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of messages at any time by replying “STOP.”
